The Belgian science fiction drama thriller Into the Night is set after the end of the world. Jason George designed it. It is based on Jacek Dukaj‘s 2015 Polish science fiction novel “The Old Axolotl”.
This story was about a group of people who are on a red-eye flight from Brussels when their plane is hijacked. Terenzio (Cassetti), the hijacker, is a NATO soldier from Italy. He forces his way onto the commercial plane and demands an early departure.
The few people on board the plane are now among the survivors of a deadly global event caused by sunlight exposure. The plane heads west in an attempt to avoid the disaster that kills all living organisms during the day. The group, led by pilot Mathieu (Capelluto) and passenger Sylvie (Pauline Étienne), must work together to keep the sun behind them.
In their race to an underground military bunker, the group must contend with fuel shortages, irradiated food, hidden agendas, and other issues.

“Into the Night Season 2” Release Date
The first season of ‘Into the Night will be released on Netflix on May 1, 2020. The main season consists of six episodes, each with a running time of 35-40 minutes.

In addition, we witnessed the flight safely land in Bulgaria and the passengers being safely transferred to the bunker. Sylvie was in charge of transporting the passengers to the bunker.
Terenzio, on the other hand, tries to find redemption by volunteering for the passenger who is being transferred to the bunkers for their safety. However, Sylvie handcuffs Terenzio and the other passenger and takes them to the bunkers.
Sylvie is supposed to free Terenzio after this, but she is unable to do so. What happens next? Terenzio passes away. And, at the end of the episode, Sylvie discovers some of the solutions to their problems.

The Storyline of Into the Night Season 2
You may be wondering what to expect from the second season of Into The Night. Following the conclusion of Season 1, there are some possibilities for Season 2. We might see Sylvie try to bring a possible solution to the problems they were facing at the start of the second season. We also saw the commanders trying to talk to Sylvie about the solution in the season one finale.
Season 2 may provide insight into how they put the solutions into action. Terenzio dies at the end of the first season, so there is a good chance that the show will look into what caused the sun’s rays to cause such widespread destruction. In addition, we will see how these passengers will reshape their lives.
