Adele’s Got An Impressive Home?


Adele, the British singer, is near to being universally appreciated as one can get at this stage in her career. Her fame has only grown after the publication of her latest album, 30, which has received widespread critical praise. Adele Laurie Blue Adkins was born in the North London district of Haringey as Adele Laurie Blue Adkins.
She spent her adolescence in the South London neighborhood of Lambeth, where she shared a home with her single mother, Penny.

Adele and Penny lived in a West Norwood flat above a business near a gas station from 11 to 18 years. She commuted to the Brit School in Croydon from here. Adele’s debut track, Hometown Glory, was about her adolescent years in West Norwood. But she remains a die-hard Tottenham Hotspur supporter, even performing the club’s cry in a recent Vogue interview. Adele relocated to a Notting Hill flat when she was 18 after signing a huge album deal.


Meanwhile, Adele has not abandoned London. She spent over £11 million for an adjacent mews mansion and townhouse in Kensington while based in Hove. Earlier the year planning permission granted to unite the two residences into a single mansion with a 1,000sq ft.

A house with a master bedroom built by trendy architects Michaelis Boyd Associates. The project  expected to cost around £2 million. Adele has been busy investing in real estate on the other side of the Atlantic, including a £3.8 million hacienda-style holiday property with an infinity pool overlooking the sea in Malibu.

In the last five years, she has also purchased three nearby properties in the posh Hidden Valley gated neighborhood, forming a sprawling family compound where she and her now ex-husband Konicki can co-parent Angelo, now nine.
Her first acquisition, in 2016, was $9.5 million (£7.1 million) home owned by known television producer. Also the  director Don Mischer House worth $9.5 million (£7.1 million).

Three years later, the 33-year-old paid $10.64 million (£7.9 million) for the property next door. In May she paid $10 million (£7.5 million) for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s previous home.

The houses total more than 18,000 square feet. Her neighbors include Cameron Diaz, Penelope Cruz, and Javier Bardem, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, and Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.
