The prayers of Shah Rukh Khan’s fans were finally answered on Thursday as his son Aryan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court and a large group of supporters gathered outside the superstar’s bungalow to celebrate and cheer.

Some of them burst crackers to please their favorite star but were later stopped by the police.

Rohit, one of the fans standing outside Mannat, said the Bombay High Court order was Shah Rukh’s “best birthday gift”. He said, “Even a thousand fans gathered outside would not have pleased him. All he wanted was that his son be released and we wanted the same. It is God’s blessing.”
Another fan, Neil Singh, who said he had been camping outside Shah Rukh’s bungalow since morning, is planning to come back “with 10 other friends” tomorrow, when Aryan is released.
The legal team of the 23-year-old, who is currently in judicial custody and lodged in central Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail, will now try to complete the formalities for his release by Friday.
“At every hearing, I was present outside Mannat. I came back home disappointed every time, but not today. I am out and I have many other fans with me to show not only that we love them, but that Also that Shah Rukh matters. And he matters to us in spite of everything. He will handle all storms,” said the fan.
