The makers of the much-awaited crime thriller ‘House of Gucci’ released yet another teaser of the film starring Lady Gaga and Adam Driver. The Ridley Scott directorial is based on the book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamor and Greed by Sarah Gay Ford.
The crime drama tells the story of a formerly happy couple who now make each other unhappy. Patrizia Reggiani is convinced that her husband is having an affair, so she takes it upon herself to clear the air – by killing him. He is later convicted of the crime.
In the new Gucci teaser, Patrizia Regiani (Lady Gaga) meets Maurizio Gucci (Adam Driver) for the first time at a nightclub. The teaser begins with the driver saying, We are a family business, it is an empire plus style, power. He continued, “Gucci is like a cake. You have the flavor, then you want more, and then you want the whole thing for yourself. Gaga however replies, “Gucci needs new blood.”
The teaser ends with a dialogue, “The house of father, son and Gucci.” Which highlights the entire plot of the film.
The teaser gives a glimpse of Driver-Gaga’s chemistry, family and takes you into their business world.

Earlier, the makers released the trailer that promises to dive into the dramatic and scandalous story of Patrizia Reggiani (Gaga) and Maurizio Gucci (Driver). The focus will be on the events leading up to the assassination of Maurizio Gucci by Reggiani.
The trailer begins with Gaga’s voiceover: “It was a name that sounded so cute, so seductive, synonymous with value, style, power, but that name was also a curse.” This indicates that the film will delve into every aspect of the couple’s marriage. The words “money, family, power, betrayal, sex, loyalty” imply that the film will have a layered, thrilling plot to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

In conversation with The Wall Street Journal, Gaga opened up about playing Patrizia in ‘House of Gucci’ and revealed that her partnership with Love For Sale collaborator Tony Bennett inspired her to play the character . Gaga explained, “I knew I was going to play a murderer. I also knew how Tony felt about the Italians being represented in the film in terms of crime. I’m a real person from Patrizia.” wanted to create, not a caricature.” “I felt that the best way to honor Maurizio and the Italians was for my performance to be authentic from a woman’s point of view. Not an Italian-American woman, but an Italian woman.”
