The Bombay High Court will continue hearing the bail plea of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, which will be presented by the NCB on Thursday.

Justice NW Sambre began hearing on the bail application on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Aryan Khan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi, co-accused Arbaaz Merchant’s counsel Amit Desai and Munmun Dhamecha’s counsel Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh, appearing for them, concluded their arguments.

After the hearing that lasted more than two hours, Justice Sambre said he would hear Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh, who is representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), on Thursday.

“Tomorrow we’ll try to put an end to it,” the judge said.

Aryan Khan (23), Merchant and Dhamecha along with others were arrested on October 3 on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast following a raid by the NCB and alleged seizure of drugs.

He approached the High Court last week after his bail plea was rejected by a special court for NDPS Act cases.
