The Bombay High Court will hear on Tuesday the bail plea of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, in the Mumbai cruise drugs raid case.
Khan had moved the Bombay High Court for an urgent bail hearing after a special court on October 20 rejected his request in the drugs case, later his judicial custody in the case was extended till October 30.
The agency said that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) will oppose the bail of all the accused in the case, including Aryan Khan, in the high court.
Meanwhile, NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede has found himself implicated in alleged extortion charges.
