Aditya Narayan, son of the famous singer Udit Narayan, began his singing career in childhood. But the truth is that people know him more only as a presenter on the reality show. And perhaps this is where Aditya Narayan’s pain lies. I wanted to be a successful singer. The ‘Indian Idol-12’ host had to remain inactive for some time despite singing ‘Tattad Tattad’ for Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh in the movie Ram Leela. Aditya explained in detail about this difficult moment of hers.
Aditya Narayan told The Indian Express: “I even found a song ‘Tattad Tatad’ that became a hit. The movie also made Ranveer Singh a star and I thought life would be easier. But after that, I didn’t get any offers. Instead of sitting at home, I decided to go back to working in television and also continued working on my YouTube music channel. After listening to the cover on my channel, AR Rahman offered me a song on Dil Bechara.
Aditya Narayan also recalled his career as a television presenter. Aditya shared how my life changed after I became a Saregamapa host. Speaking of this, Aditya said, “I thought it was a music show, I’m a singer, so it’s a natural choice, so let’s give it a try. I became quite popular after that. And TV deals and even movies started coming in, but still, there was no song available.
I decided to take Shapit as Vikram convinced me to sing all the songs. I became an actor so I could sing. The movie did not go according to expectations and it was also the first time I had faced failure. Nobody answers my calls, there was no live show. I had to start over.
