According to the news on the English website India Today, Ajay through his social services organization NY Foundation has helped to establish an emergency medical unit at Shivaji Park in Mumbai. The Shivaji Park wedding hall has been converted into a Kovid-19 facility with 20 beds, fans, oxygen support and paramonitors.
Joined by Ajay Devgan are filmmakers Anand Pandit, Boney Kapoor, Luv Ranjan, Rajneesh Khanuja, Leena Yadav, Ashim Bajaj, Sameer Nair, Deepak Dhar, Rishi Negi, businessman Tarun Rathi and action director RP Yadav. All these stars, including Ajay Devgan, together have helped BMC with Rs 1 crore so that people suffering from the coronavirus can receive good treatment.

This figure is the highest ever recorded in one day. In the last 24 hours, 66,358 new cases have been recorded in Maharashtra. Maharashtra currently has 6.72,434 active cases. So far, 2,62,54,737 people have been tested in the state, of which 44,10,085 have tested positive. So far, 36,69,548 people have died due to the coronavirus in the state.
