A case has been filed against actress Rakhi Sawant and her brother Rakesh Sawant at the Vikaspuri Police Station in Delhi. This lawsuit has been registered only after a court order. According to the police, Rakhi’s brother took Rs 6 lakh from a person named Shailesh Srivastava in the name of making a movie and opening a dance institute.
It is said that he made the movie Gurmeet Ram Rahim. It was also said that Rakhi will open a dance institute. But neither the film was made nor the Dance Institute was inaugurated.
The person who filed the complaint met Rakesh Sawant through a friend of his, Rakesh Khatri, who works at the management.
According to the police, the case is from 2017.
The author gave Rakesh Sawant 6 lakh rupees in two installments. In which Rakesh Sawant had promised to return 7 lakh rupees in December 2017. He did not return the money. Subsequently, on February 22, fraud was registered in the sections of IPC420 / 120 B / 34.
Currently, the police are investigating the entire case. Rakhi can be called in for questioning based on the evidence revealed during the investigation.
